What We Offer
Every item on our menu is made from scratch in small batches, using locally sourced dairy and the finest chocolate we can find.
Layers of moist vanilla bean, rich chocolate, or red velvet — each one finished with silky buttercream and a finish that looks as beautiful as it tastes.
Buttery croissants, flaky danishes, and seasonal fruit tarts — baked fresh every morning before the coffee even starts brewing.
Single-origin espresso, house-made matcha lattes, and seasonal specials that pair perfectly with any of our baked goods.
Individual-sized indulgence — perfect for office gatherings, lunch treats, or when you want something small that still delivers big flavor.
Your wedding cake should tell your story. We design each one from scratch, working with you to match your venue, palette, and taste.
Birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers — whatever the occasion, we'll design a cake or dessert spread that makes your event unforgettable.
Our Story
Monarca Cakery started with a simple belief: that the best cakes come from real ingredients, patient technique, and a genuine love for the people who eat them.
Located on North 29th Street in McAllen, we've been serving our community with cakes that are as thoughtfully made as they are delicious. Every order — whether it's a single cupcake or a three-tier wedding masterpiece — gets the same attention to detail.
We source our butter from local dairies, our chocolate from small-batch roasters, and our fruit from seasonal suppliers. The result is flavor you can taste in the very first bite.
